As a Sustainability Engineer for Vantage Data Centers, Namrata leads the strategic execution of the company’s sustainability initiatives, with a core focus on decarbonizing their North America data center portfolio. In addition to her role at Vantage Data Centers, she chairs the Emerging Professionals group for USGBC and sits on their Market Leadership Advisory Board, contributing to industry-wide efforts on climate action. An Architect by education, her expertise encompasses sustainable design, green building certifications, embodied carbon reduction and greenhouse gas reduction planning for portfolios. Throughout her career, she has influenced more than 45 million square feet of global real estate, spanning Industrial CRE, commercial office, multi-family residential and manufacturing asset types.
