Her legal work includes matters involving trademarks and trade dress (including global trademark portfolio management), copyrights, trade secrets, right of publicity, false advertising, and commercial contracts. Her clients include internationally renowned brands and companies, including producers of outdoor recreation gear and apparel. She is an outdoor industry and wellness enthusiast, and when she is not practicing law, Airina enjoys skiing, hiking and camping with her family, and figure skating with Denver Synchronicity’s competitive adult team.
