Project Management for Outdoor Stewardship is a basic course for project management. Time limitations and amount of material covered in the course do not allow Project Management Trainees the opportunity to practice many of the skills needed to be a successful project manager. OSI recommends that in addition to this course, Project Management Trainees work under an experienced Project Manager or arrange for mentoring to gain confidence prior to managing a project.
