SUPPORT VOC
Caring for Colorado requires more than just volunteers; we need your financial support.
Join a community committed to keeping Colorado healthy and sustainable, for today and generations to come.
Our success depends on hundreds of people who make our work possible through financial support. With Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado (VOC), there are many ways to invest in the parks, trails, and natural resources you love.

Find your place in caring for Colorado.
From non-technical planting projects in city parks to trail-building trips on the tops of Fourteeners, VOC hosts projects for everyone. Find a volunteer stewardship project for you or your household today.
INDIVIDUALS
Get outside and enjoy the fresh air; it's time to volunteer with Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado! VOC hosts over 90 volunteering opportunities throughout the state from April through October.
YOUTH AND FAMILIES
Select volunteer projects are open to youth. Simply filter by age when searching projects to find the perfect opportunity for you and the kiddos.
GROUPS
Projects vary in size; reach out to Abby to see if a specific project can accommodate your group or learn more about corporate volunteer opportunities.
STEWARDSHIP TRAINING
Each year, we train hundreds of people in outdoor leadership and stewardship skills through VOC's Outdoor Stewardship Institute (OSI), not only to lead VOC volunteers, but also to assist government agencies and stewardship organizations across the country in effective and sustainable stewardship efforts.
With some online components offered in partnership with Colorado Mountain College, it is now easier and faster than ever for volunteers, students, and professionals to obtain the skills necessary to effectively care for Colorado's natural resources.
CORPORATE VOLUNTEERING
VOC may be able to customize a volunteer project for your employees through our Team Stewardship Day program! We will work with you to plan and manage an outdoor volunteer project that meets your team's needs including date, location, and type of work.
The Team Stewardship Day program is a fantastic way for your business or organization to build teamwork, learn new skills, and have fun while making a hands-on difference for Colorado's outdoor places.

THE VOC CREED
"At Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado, we believe that everyone has a place in the outdoors and in caring for them. No matter your background, we share the land as our home, and it is up to us to maintain it for the benefit of all living things. No matter how you connect with the outdoors, we believe we can find common ground in nature, and can be united in our efforts to leave it better than we found it. We welcome everyone to be a part of our stewardship community, and to find your place with VOC."
